4 prenatal education sessions (prenatal yoga + sound healing woven in)

2 postpartum visits (baby care, household tending, mother + partner support)

Expanded preparation & education, dditional wellness services, and extra in-home postpartum support once baby arrives. 

Includes:

6 prenatal education sessions (prenatal yoga + sound healing woven in)

4 postpartum visits (baby care, wellness services, household tending, meal prep)   

Everything in Lumana Birth Package, plus:

  • Expanded prenatal care & education 

  • 1 Prenatal relaxation massage session

  • Deeper partner preparation for birth support 

  • Continuous birth Doula support during labor - both physical & emotional 

  • 1 Postpartum sound healing session

  • Postpartum (herbal sitz bath + tea)

Postpartum Nest, Doula Package

$2,200 - 6 in-home visits

Focused on nourishing the mother, baby, and family immediately after birth.  Early postpartum is a tender transition, known as the “fourth trimester”.

Includes:

6 in-home postpartum visits

(30 hours over first 4 weeks) 

  • Newborn guidance & infant care education

  • Practical household support (light tasks, meal prep, holistic care)

  • Emotional support & wellness services (sound healing + massage) 

  • Space for rest, integration, and processing the birth

  • Nurturing and professional care for the newborn and their family

$,1,400 - 4 video call sessions + virtual birth support

Professional, heart-centered doula support from anywhere in the world.

3 virtual prenatal education sessions
